Sea Kayaking is a ‘fun-tastic’ way to explore and two of British Columbia’s most unique and scenic kayak destinations: Desolation Sound Marine Park and the Copeland Islands Marine Park. Quite often we will be followed by curious seals, playful river otters and sometimes even by an impressive sea lion. With a bit of luck we could encounter a pod of Killer Whales or even a Humpback Whale in Desolation Sound or in the Salish Sea. Throughout the seasons many bird species choose this area to forage or breed. Frequent sightings of bald eagles, various ducks and shore-birds are not uncommon. We focus on SMALL GROUPS and personal attention. Professionally guided & unique kayak tours in first class, made in BC, kayaks!
The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted the way we socially- & professionally interact, recreate and travel at this moment. Footprint will follow the guidelines and recommendations made by our governments and health authorities. We are open for business, taking out single family or single social units only. We are ready to welcome guests starting June 1st, when 'phase 3' of BC's re-opening plan comes into effect. In order to keep providing our guests with a unique, memorable and safe outdoor-experience we have implemented extra precautions and guidelines. Being outside with loved ones and enjoying BC's beautiful coastal scenery is one of the healthiest things we can do during these challenging times.
